For everyone who would like to deeper understand the role of own personality and, instead of forcefully tempering it, to nurture and use it for beneficial development and transformation - Maha Yoga Centre in Berlin offers a comprehensive workshop about the overarching wisdom of the spiritual Enneagram and its practical applications.

What makes the Spiritual Enneagram a special method is that it doesn’t deny the personality and, quite the contrary - it regards personality as a central instrument for attaining the spiritual Self-realization. Through Enneagram one learns to understand the causality of the personality and to see the mechanism of the ego-driven patterns which are limiting the potential which every type of personality is endowed with – the potential to reach and activate the deepest source of the Self. Besides this ultimate purpose, Enneragram is a useful tool to harmonize inner attitude and outer interactions and thus to excel the quality of the social and professional life.

During the 5-days workshop participants will be given an extensive training upon the mechanisms of thinking, emotion and behavior as it is presented by the Enneagram, and will learn to recognize and efficiently address own strength and challenges, and not in the least - to understand the strength and the challenges of the others, thus contributing to a better synergy.

Enneagram is not only a system for self-development, it is also a useful tool for professionals who intensively work with people: team-leaders, HR coordinators, teachers, mentors, etc – since Enneagram offers ample opportunities for empathic understanding, which goes beyond mere efficiency – it helps to establish the field of mutual advancement and growth.

The workshop is designed as an intensive 5-days module, yet, due to the affable ambiance, interactivity and participatory aspects, it aims at creating a feeling of recreation and regeneration. Due to the general effect of beneficial and constructive relaxation, participants will receive the information on a background of openness, which allows to assimilate the knowledge not only mentally, but also through subtle perception. The 9 personality types will be described in detail and lively illustrated in many wit stories, case studies, interactive examples and multimedia presentations. Every participant will be able to discover his or her own personality type and through meditations and creative exercises to get connected to the underlying sublime energy of the soul.

The purpose of the workshop is not only to present the theory of Enneagram and its applications but also to train participants in determining their secluding patterns and to guide participants through processes of transcendence towards the genuine potentiality of the soul. Participants will also be offered transcripts and guidebooks to facilitate the learning process, and to serve them as a support for further advancement of the Enneagram experiences.
